| • A deposit of £50 is payable by cheque to secure your booking. The full fee is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival. Please make cheques out to Alexandra Reid. |
| • We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance. If a cancellation is made during the 4 weeks before your arrival, every effort will be made to re-let the apartment. If this can be done we will refund the fee but not if it cannot be re-let. The deposit will be returned after your stay unless extra cleaning is required. |
| • All heating, electricity is included in the price. Bed linen, kitchen towels, bath towels and mats are all provided. A welcome pack of breakfast food will be waiting for you. Many extras are also provided for your convenience e.g. washing up liquid, cling film, tin foil, bin liners. |
| • The accommodation is available after 4pm on date of arrival. When you arrive, the key will be in the door, please let yourself in and make yourself at home. The accommodation to be vacated by 10am on the morning of your departure. Please notify of any breakages before you leave. |
| • Cot and high chair available at no extra charge |
| • Special rates can be arranged for two people or shorter stays except during July, August and September. There is a ten per cent discount for two-week bookings. |
| • Sorry no pets and no smoking permitted inside the property. |
